"Congressman Ryan has proved to be a conservative leader with America's best interests at heart during his time in Congress. I am pleased Governor Romney has chosen Ryan as his running mate and look forward to victory in November with 'America's Comeback Team.'"
National Right to Life Endorses Rogers
National Right to Life, the largest nationwide network of pro-life people dedicated to protecting lives, endorsed Rogers' re-election for his seat in the House of Representatives.
In a letter sent to Rogers' campaign headquarters, National Right to Life Committee said, "During the current 112th Congress, you have compiled a 100 percent pro-life voting record.....all voters who are concerned with the right to life and with the protection of the most vulnerable members of the human family should vote to return you to the House, so that you can continue work to advance vital pro-life public policies."
"I am honored to again be endorsed by the National Right to Life Committee, andwill continue to fight strongly for the rights of the unborn," Rogers said.
Rogers was first sworn in to Congress representing East Alabama in January 2003.
